Raj Kapoor is founder and Managing Director of Assocom India Pvt. Ltd and Assocom Institute of Bakery Technology & Management (AIBTM) in Greater Noida, NCR Delhi. He has been consultant to USAID, UNO World Food Program. He is also national resource person of Food Safety Authority of India. He also represented Kansas State University (KSU), USA as Country Director USA and American Institute of Baking (AIB) as India representative for more than 10 years.

Raj Kapoor is a Market Development, Supply chain and agricultural market expert and has worked different countries including USA, Singapore, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Sri Lankan, Bangladesh and Central Asian and market access development experience.

He started his career as an account with in 1982 soon after completing B.Com (H) from Delhi University. Following that he has worked Raj Kapoor worked with US Co-operators (U.S. Wheat Associates, American Soybean Association and U.S. highbush Blueberry Council) for more than 27 years. He has attended several training programs in Kansas State University, American Institute of Baking, Norther Crop Institute and Texas A&M Universities in USA.
